Walking distance to both Langland bay and Caswell bay beaches, perfect for relaxing or catching the waves. PLEASE NOTE: It is warm and dry with a modern insulated roof, hot water etc But it’s close to nature, suited to the outdoorsy, adventurous soul, who doesn't mind the sound of rain outside or the occasional spider/creepy crawly that makes its way in from the garden. :)

We are located just 100m from two country pubs, The Dolphin and the Welcome inn. Both pubs serve food and are dog friendly. We are near the Welsh Coastal Path ideal for walkers. Adjcent to our home is the local church. Our holiday accommodation is ideally positioned in Gower close to wedding venues and for holidaying by the seaside.

Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.
