Die Einfachheit der Architektur laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein, die imposante Sicht aus dem riesigen Fenster in die Wälder und Bergwelten zaubert Erholung. Trin ist idyllisch und ruhig und doch extrem nah am Ski-/Wander-/Bike- und Klettergebiet an Bergseen und Welterbe (7 min nach Flims, 10 min nach Laax). Zum Hauptort Chur sind es 15 min.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. Das Heimelige Chalet ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern oder auch nur um zu zweit die Ruhe zu geniessen. Im Chalet befindet sich ein Doppelbett und im Dachstock ein Massenschlag aus Matratzen. Man hat eine gigantische Aussicht in die Ruinaulta, den Flimserstein, Calanda und viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ganz speziell im Chalet Balu ist die Wohlfühloase mit Sauna. Wer lust hat zu grillieren kann bei uns Hofeigene Bio-Rindfeisch Produkte beziehen und andere regionale Produkte.
