Our beach home is situated on the Esplanade in Portarlington with views of the city, bay and You Yang Ranges. Relax and unwind and watch the sunrise over the bay each morning. The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire! A private and peaceful retreat, positioned among lush gardens in the quiet area of Rye. Large windows in each room offer plenty of natural light and greenery. The place sleeps up to 4 people with modern bathroom, open plan living area and kitchenette with coffee and tea, washing machine, ducted air-conditioning and heating and complimentary Wifi. Less than 10-minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and 20-minute walk to front beach (Tyrone Foreshore) or back beaches of Rye (Number 16 Beach).

Cosy bungalow with ensuite, beachy decor, extremely comfortable queen sized bed Cont. breakfast provided. Private, roomy, detached from house, ideal for a couple. Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️
