Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. It has 3 bedrooms & can comfortably sleep 6 people. Very private with ducks, swans, deer and a bald eagle to enjoy! Only house in area is in our family as well so no neighbors. Escape technology (no internet or cable but Verizon and AT&T have coverage) & enjoy peace & quiet! Please note no air conditioning.

This location is ideal: 1.6 miles to Boyne Mountain, 6 miles to Boyne City downtown, 16 miles to Petoskey, 7 miles to Walloon Lake, and 5 miles to Thumb Lake. We welcome your well-behaved dog!
