Genießen Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Sextner Dolomiten vom gemütlichen Balkon. Die unmittelbare Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, der Seilbahn und der Loipe macht die Wohnung zum idealen Ausgangspunkt für Sommer- und Winterurlaub. Zahlreiche Wanderungen können vom Haus aus gestartet werden.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

La Villa Christina è a distanza di 200 metri dal centro e dalla fermata del skibus, di 400 metri dalla seggiovia Haunold e di 100 metri dalla pista di fondo e dal bosco.
