Relax with the family at this peaceful retreat. Surfrider Siesta is a very comfortable, family friendly place to stay. Fully equipped with all the cooking essentials, washer & dryer unit within condo, WiFi and cable. Private beach access is 100 steps from the front door. The complex has three outdoor pools which are seasonal and a recreational building with a heated indoor pool open all year round. It also has sauna, hot tub, gym and changing rooms. Sorry no pets allowed in rentals as per HOA.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful Sunset Beach. This space is a lockout unit similar to an adjoining hotel room. The space is a bit dated but very clean and less than 2 miles from the Ocean. Located in Sea Trail neighborhood you have access to the pools, gym, tennis courts, library and other amenities. There is NO Kitchen just a fridge and microwave. This is not suitable to cook meals.

The Island House is just 2.5 blocks from the beach on Oak Island, close to restaurants and shopping. Enjoy stunning sunsets and sunrises. The property features covered porches, a hot tub, and a game room with a pool table. There's parking for your boat, and the ICW public boat launch ramp is six blocks away. A limited edition 6-passenger golf cart is available for an extra fee.
