This unit offers a small kitchen area, a Queen bed and a sofa bed, a dining area, private balcony, pool, patio area for guests to gather, a small beach along the river, and a cozy room to enjoy the waterfront town of Southport. You are walking distance to the shops and restaurants along the water. Come take your respite! The unit number is #110 in the building closest to the water.

Restaurants are within walking distance along with local shops and must see attractions. *Note - Not all units look the same!!

This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 466 square feet. You will enjoy 2 two double beds or king bed in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer and ocean view balcony. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two. Oceanfront

As you walk around the building to get to your room you quickly get a beautiful oceanfront view. There are chairs outside your room so you can sit and enjoy the view. The room has a full bath and 2 double beds to come back to and relax after a day at the beach or the pool. You also have a bistro table with 2 chairs. These rooms do require stairs to get to and unfortunately, we do not have elevators.
