Waitrose is a 5/10 minute walk and there is a Scotmid and small Sainsbury's in opposite direction again no more than 5/10 minute walk . Local delicatessens and beautiful cheese shops very close by. Beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens very close by . Modern art galleries 10/15 min walk which both have lovely coffee shop/ restaurants . Guests will have full access to the entire property and small patio area outside patio doors in flat . Great for coffee or glass of wine of which both are supplied. There is a bus stop less than 50m away from the entrance to the property giving direct access to the city. Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)
