Ghoirtein Bed and Breakfast

Our house is Architect designed with wonderful views over the valley towards Glen Affric and the mountains. We are 4 miles from the very busy town of Drumnadrochit so if you like peace and quiet this is the place to be. The house is situated un 2.5 acres of woodland with a small lochum. We have 14 hens, 8 ducks and 1 cat. The garden is full of wild life and birds, we have red squirrel, foxes and pinemartins. Please note we have no cooking or dining facilities, and no takeaways in room.

Cosy Double room in family home with kingsize bed

Bank House, Invergarry

Our home is situated in the beautiful village of Invergarry in the Scottish Highlands. Invergarry is on the A87, the road that leads to the Isle of Skye. We offer a self contained private ensuite bedroom with its own entrance to outside, our guests are provided with keys to both doors. Our room can be setup as either a superking bed or as two singles. Your room is equipped with a small fridge in which you will find a delicious continental breakfast and other treats. A warm welcome awaits you.

Westward B&B is a charming traditional Highland House in the small, rural village of Cannich; close to the spectacular National Nature Reserve of Glen Affric. Each of our 3 bedrooms have an ensuite shower/toilet and are equipped with a hospitality tray and free wifi. Breakfast is served in our guest lounge, which has a cosy solid-fuel burning stove and a television. The local shop/ bar is a 5 minute walk. A selection of hotels are a short drive away. A wee double room at the front of the house, facing south over the garden toward the hills. Part of a family home in the Cairngorms - warm, straightforward and completely at home in the glen. Double bed, blackout curtains, 43" TV with Netflix and BBC iPlayer, superfast WiFi. The room shares a modern shower-room across the hall with one other room - bath sheets and toiletries provided. Light continental breakfast included every morning. Guest kitchen and sun-room for all B&B guests.

Twin Room in beautiful Scottish Victorian House

House has period (bit old school!!) characteristics - high ceilings, large bedrooms, large farmhouse style kitchen with a 25 year old large wooden table that has seen a lot of meals, entertainment, debate, board games, music and laughter!! Please note that this room is not en suite - it is a shared bathroom facility. We have a short term let licence in line with Scottish government policy, expiry 2026.
