Our family self built the house over a two year time frame. We hope to finish the landscape by the fall of 2021. There is not a kitchen but a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot are provided for your convenience. There is a small work space. There is air conditioning in each bedroom. There is a propane grill on the back porch for guests to use when needing a quick meal. The parking area is spacious.

We have our famous little Borrow Barn with a wide variety of indoor and outdoor games, plus bicycles and pedal boats on The Pond— all complementary for all guests. We use only eco-sensitive products at our Inn— it’s too pretty and serene here to do otherwise.

Location-Solitude-Summer playground: We are located within 2 miles of Southfork of the snake river. Huskeys boat launch is less than 1 mile away. Palisades resevoir is a short drive away. Calamity boat launch is 10 miles from our home. We have many local hiking trails and recreational activities here in Irwin, ID. Grand Teton National Park is 70 miles away and Yellowston National Park is 118 miles away from our home.
