Your space is private & is 2200 sq ft. Private entrance, off road parking. Sleeps up to 9+! Tons of fun thoughtful extras! Screened in hot tub, patio, fireplace, kitchenette, full gym, game room area, & more! We are a 1/4 mile from Coon Lake with boating & beach access a few miles away. Just 20 miles from Mnpls.

Everything you need is within arm's reach.

Sanders Lodge @Three Acre Woods

You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven. Be aware, you will have to share the party room side with some homeschoolers on Wednesday mornings.

Conveniently located approximately an hour from the Twin Cities metro, this space is perfect to gather your family and friends for a low-key relaxing Minnesota lake experience with private beach and shoreline. The house has an open kitchen, vaulted ceilings, large windows throughout, lake level family/entertainment room, four bedrooms, two baths and a private hot tub spa. Please note, our house is located in a quiet neighborhood and not suitable for parties or large adult gatherings.
