Tranquila casa en el Golf Resort de Islantilla, perfecto para familias, con piscina, Aire Acondicionado, amplísima terraza, pistas de pádel y tenis, parque, lago, ¡Y mucho más! Tambien cuenta con bar/restaurante con pescado frito y otras comidas típicas (abierto sólo en temporada de verano). La playa se encuentra a unos 15 minutos andando, aunque es preferible ir en coche o en trenecito 🚂 que tiene parada justo en la urbanización y baja hasta la playa, centro comercial y zona de hotelera.

With 2 swimming pools (one for adults and one for kids), a kids playground, 2 paddle courts and a barbeque, the apartment offers all the comfort you need. Situated in the southern- Spanish border with Portugal, the apartement is 40 min by car from Faro Airport and 1.2h from Sevilla Airport. Kindly note swimming pools are closed from October to April. Opening times might vary.

Two bedroom apartment 200m away from the beach

Our two bedroom apartment (ready for 4 people) is 200m away from the beach and it was fully renewed in 2023! Now it is open for short and mid-term rental. The apartment has 100% ceramic floor, two bathrooms, all amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, TV, wifi and an open patio (with barbecue). We’re on the ground floor, with restaurants and two bars nearby (one right next), so please expect noise (music and people talking) until closure (2Am).

Pool open all year but well maintained only from June 1st to Sept 30th. 5 minutes walk from the central beach, 5 minutes walk from a large convenience store and 2 minutes drive from Mercadona. There are restaurants close by but some close out of season. 5 min by car from the center of Isla Cristina. A/C and heat in each room + 2 portable radiators. One double bed 135 cm, 2 beds 90x200cm, 1 sofa cama 120 cm when opened.

The house is in the town of Rompido, 600 meters from the PLAZA de las SIRENAS, very close to the school in the PUNTA CORAL area. You can walk down to the town or park in one of the two car parks that are located in the town. The town center becomes pedestrianized in summer. From the house you can make routes by bicycle or on foot because El Rompido is in a natural setting.
