The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. This spacious, family friendly house has amazing mountain views. You'll often see deer, moose, foxes, and other wildlife just beyond the fence in the backyard. Close to Rabbit Ears Pass, Buffalo Pass, Steamboat, Snowy Range, Gould, Cameron Pass, the sand dunes, and many other amazing outdoor adventures. We offer extra parking for snowmobile trailers, campers, etc. Non-ethanol fuel is located 2 blocks north of this property at Corkle Oil. We also offer a charger for electric vehicles.
