On Jackson Lake, 1 hr from Atlanta, our cottage with private dock (with kayaks-two adult and one child size) is the perfect spot to unwind. With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Secluded getaway on wonderful High Falls Lake. Cottage has sunny kitchen w large gas stove and all your needs (but no dishwasher), comfy den w/excellent WI-FI & Roku TV (Sorry, Fireplace is not in service), huge BR w/2 Queen beds, large screened porch, new gas grill, firepit, 2 kayaks, dock and more! Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.

Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, right on the water of Jackson Lake, ~ 20 min drive from Monticello, Covington and Jackson, GA, known for Vampire Diaries and Stranger Things! Swim, fish, ski, kayak or just relax on the deck, dock or patio and enjoy the view of the lake. Boat ramp located within one mile of the property. Home features a swimming dock and a dock for boat hookup for the duration of the stay. 10% discount for weekly rentals. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.

Welcome to Covington! This vintage 1950's ranch has lots of cozy charm. Updated with everything you need and want. 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. 2 living areas with a twin and full sleeper sofas. Sleeps 7 comfortably! Located a short, less than a mile, sidewalk walk to the famous downtown Covington square with all of the attractions, food and shopping. Equally convenient, you will find the vampire hot spots are all within walking distance.
