Secluded unique wood and stone home an 65 beautifully landscaped acres with 2,000 feet of river frontage. Large deck with picturesque views, soothing river sounds, and song birds, with lots of walking trails, just a few minutes from the Shenandoah National Park. Swimming hole, and picnic area with fire pit. Large open Dining/Kitchen area with glass front wood stove. Den with a queen sized futon sofa, for extra guests ($30 per person, per night). Follow a long gravel driveway before you can view this comfortable house in the country. This house is 12 easy miles from the Town of Farmville and all it has to offer. Longwood University and Hampden-Sydney College is near by. Visit High Bridge State Park for hiking and Greenfront is a shopping destination. Lots of dining options will appeal to every taste and plenty of other activities to enjoy in this area. There is no phone-internet or satellite at The Hide-A-Way, Cell phones do work.

A peaceful, quiet, and cozy home on 36 acres of beautiful land that rests just 5 minutes from Hampden-Sydney College and 10 minutes from Longwood University. We want your stay to be comfortable and relaxing, which is why each bed is comfortable and topped with luxurious linens. The house is equipped with 3 big screen tv's. You can also watch the deer from the enclosed front porch or open back deck. Enjoying sitting around the firepit or walking along one of the many paths on the property.

Hidden Haven is just that! A 600 square foot romantic, private, peaceful, little haven. Hidden in the woods just 6 miles outside of the Town of Orange. Open the garage door in the living area and step out on the 300 square foot screened in porch where you can relax at the firepit under the covered roof. On the porch at Hidden Haven, we like to say, "time wasted is time well spent". The romantic vibe and modern amenities make it a prefect place for a couple's getaway.

There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
