Bourbon Trail Beauty Guest Room

Peaceful, relaxed home just miles to Iroquois Park, the airport, Churchill Downs, U of L and St. James. Downtown, Germantown & the Highlands are less than 15 minutes away, while Frankfort Ave. and the riverfront are about 20ish. Registered guests are invited to share my living room, kitchen/dining room, fenced in backyard with a firepit available and grill. I am always happy to share info about local restaurants and things to do, but will do my best to be "invisible" unless you need me.

Bourbon Trail Beauty Basement Suite

You will enjoy a private room with a queen bed, a small private bath and my game room with pool table, dart board, games and large tv with an electric fireplace. We are 5 blocks from Iroquois Park and just 2.3 miles to Churchill Downs and University of Louisville. I have kayaks you may rent as well as a regular and an electric bike to rent.
