The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

1066 Hastings House

A romantic escape for no reason? Maybe a special Easter egg hunt for the season? For a small fee, I can fill plastic eggs, hide inside/outside for family fun! We welcome to the 1066 Hastings House, responsible 25 yr olds and up, 1-2 well behaved house trained dogs. Hosting, up to maximum of 5 guests. From the dining & great room, enjoy the sun rising. As the day draws to a close, snuggle up by the fireplace in the greatroom, enjoy the sunsets. Watch the lights of night wake up over the Bay.

Island Boat House - Fisher's Landing, NY

The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Lake Ontario Beachfront Retreat | House 1

Welcome to Littlefield Lake House! This is one of two houses on this property (closer to the beach) with direct beach access to beautiful Lake Ontario. The sandy beach is perfect for lounging and building sand castles. This house can be rented on its' own or with the other house (see other listings on my profile). Nightly rates are increased for less than one week bookings and vary, please message for details on pricing. We provide discounted rates for bookings greater than 1.5 weeks.

Clean, cute studio directly on the St. Lawrence!

This old rustic boathouse - turned cottage - sits directly on the St. Lawrence River (within feet)! It has a queen bed and a single couch turned bed on the porch. It’ll sleep three/three people maximum, please. Quiet atmosphere. No pets are allowed. The cottage is closed Columbus Day through May 5th. This is a fourth generation business. You’ll need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases. Fish off the dock, swim in the swim area, or simply watch the ship pass in front of you!

The large backyard offers plenty of room to play. Guests will also have access to the 1 stall garage. Our waterfront rocky beach has great swimming for kids of all ages.

Three great local restaurants, shopping, marinas, tennis courts, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.
