City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). The back yard is completely fenced and is shaded by beautiful 100 year old oak trees. I also allow guest to bring a pet with a $50 fee. Pet should weigh under 30 pounds. The kitchen offers plenty of pots, pans, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, etc, as well as local cookbooks. Pets are allowed with a fee, which is displayed when you enter them as pet guests.
