Please note there is no living room. This one bedroom flat takes up the ground floor of a large town house. Rear entrance with a security code for your convenience. This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. Benefits from stunning views over the Afan Valley and located on the Afan Forest Park's low level cycle route 'Y Rheilffordd' (railway in welsh) which runs along the base of the valley. This is a great trail for families with picnic and refreshment stops along the 36km trail. 'Y Rheilffordd' gives easy access to 6 world class trails as well as Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Visitor Centre and Afan Bike Park.
