Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Our mini studio apartment is located in the historic old medieval town of Mošćenice. It is placed at ground floor of the small three floor stone house and it has 15 m2. In front of the apartment there is a small sitting area ideal for coffee or a glass of wine. The beautiful pebble beach is reached by stairs through the forest. The town is very quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by nature and is ideal for escape from stress.

The four other apartments are on the upper floor and have a balcony. The sea view varies slightly depending on the apartment, as you can see in the pictures. My apartment is in the heart of the city. Ground floor apartment. You have one minute to the first bus stop, markets and more. Amphitheater Arena is 10 minutes away from apartment and also the famous beach near the town Verudela is about 5 km.. The apartment sizes range is 25 m². Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Guests get free of charge use of the towels and linens. On arrival you will receive a keys.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
