The current pricing is for the almost 800 sq/ft. apartment only. Most of our quest can not believe how big it is. They always say it is bigger than the pictures show it to be. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. Also a queen bed, and a twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom, and a a queen sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area. A level and paved parking area. Bears can sometimes be seen crossing the road or strolling thru the fields Damascus and Mountain City are only minutes away! Our place offers a big yard to enjoy along with a fire pit with firewood furnished. Cornhole and board games are also available. A nice sitting area on the covered back porch to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
