You're 5min from the train to Amsterdam and I’m sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as I! The apartement is located on the 2 topfloors of a midcentury house. It can be closed off and you'll have all the privacy you'll need. But, I live downstairs and we share the frontdoor & hallway during your stay, so it is not a place for parties and loud groups.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. Vanuit het raam van de bovenverdieping van de gerenoveerde schuur, welke is gelegen naast onze boerderij, kijkt u op de Cabauwse molen en als u geluk heeft broed de ooievaar aan de overkant. Aan de Kaai ligt in (Cabauw/Lopik) op de grens van provincie Utrecht en Zuid Holland. Midden in het Groene Hart van de Utrechtse Waarden en de Krimpenerwaard
