Koselig leilighet på bakkeplan i rolig gate og parkering ved inngangsparti. Husene i nabolaget har spesiell norsk arkitektur med torvtak. Trygg og rolig gate. Fint utgangspunkt for å besøke byen og oppleve fin natur og nydelig utsikt. Nyere baderom. Varmekabler i alle rom. Inkluderer parkering til 1 bil. Wifi og TV inkludert. Nærhet til fine turområder. Jeg legger stor innsats i renhold. 2,4km til supermarked. Kaffe og et lite utvalg te er på oss, i tillegg til basisartikler (se egen oversikt).

Beautiful apartment in Molde with panoramic view

The apartment is beautiful and has the best view! It is central in Molde, on the west coast of Norway. It is 88 m2, and is suitable for 4 persons. Two can sleep in the Master bedroom, 1 in the guest bedroom & 1 on the sofa in the big livingroom. I also have 2 air mattresses if there is more than 4 people (max 8 adults+1 kid). Free parking outside and busses going. Possible to walk to the center of Molde with shopping streets, malls and restaurants with a nice view over the fjord and mountains.

Trivelig hus med sauna ute, båt, egen kai og naust

Flott hus med egen kai og naust. Eiendommen har også egen utendørs Sauna . Masse utstyr som kan brukes som sykler, pizza-ovn i naustet, bålpanne ved sjøen, inkludert en båt (6 hk). Huset er ellers fullt utrustet med alt du trenger. Kort avstand til Molde, Atlanterhavsveien, Trollstigen og Geiranger.Her skapes ro og god stemning for alle. God parkeringsplass. Vi har to andre båter som kan leies. Den ene er en 16 fot med 25 hk og den andre er en 17 fot Buster X bowrider med 70 hk. Se bilder

Fantastic view of the Moldefjord. A beautiful garden adds additional charm to your stay. Nature invites both skis and feet for a trip. You can rent a boat or bicycles. The property is a 5-minute walk from Moldefjorden and a 20-minute drive from the Skaret ski slope. Only 14 minutes from Molde city center.

The cabin is right by the sea line, surrounded by stunning nature and tall mountains. It is only 12 km from the city center of Molde, where you will find everything you might need. If you enjoy sitting on the terrace, watching the sunset after a day spent in nature, then this is the place for you. You can fish, dive, hike, or climb. Welcome to the cabin.

It offers a perfect setting for relaxation and for taking in the stunning views, while also serving as an ideal base for sightseeing, hiking, swimming, or fishing in the fjord or nearby river. Stedet ligger idyllisk til kun ca.20 min nordvest for Molde . 70 meter ned i sjøen,med eget naust og muligheter for leie av båt. Stedet ligger midt i smørøyet, når det kommer til fjellturer, hvor man kan velge og vrake i både lette og mer krevende turer. Med gåavstand fra huset , finnes Jendemsfjellet(Høyde 633 moh) som har 360 graders utsikt, mot bla Hustadvika,Ona fyr og sunnmørs alpene. Eller hva med øyhopping? Huset er nyrestaurert i 2018, og fremstår som nytt.

Velkommen til vår romslige enebolig i naturskjønne omgivelser, kun en kort kjøretur fra Molde sentrum. Huset passer like godt for familier som ønsker en rolig ferie, som for firma og arbeidere på oppdrag i området. Boligen har flere soverom, fullt utstyrt kjøkken, komfortable oppholdsrom og gode parkeringsmuligheter. Her får du en praktisk base med alle fasiliteter – enten du skal slappe av med familien eller bo flere sammen i forbindelse med jobb.

Modern cabin w/ spectacular sea view / evening sun

Modern cabin with spectacular view of the fjord and sea. Sunshine (if lucky) until 10:30 pm in the summer. Big terrace with a gas grill for eating out. Distance to Molde centre 10-12 minutes by car. We have a small boat w/10 HP engine in the nearby Marina Saltrøa, around 5 minutes walk from the cabin, which can be used for free if the weather conditions are good enough. Just pay for the gasolin. Fishing gear at your disposal at the cabin.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area approx. 10 minute walk to the center of Molde and approx. 10 minute walk to Moldemarka with its many hiking opportunities throughout the year. Large veranda with good sun conditions.
