We provide breakfast bars & snacks, and you are welcome to use our washer and dryer (top of the stairs.) In summer, enjoy the outdoor area with firepit, gas grill, dining table & chairs. We even have room to park your boat (unless it's really huge.) NOT in the tsunami zone.

Lupine Cabin

12' x 12' One room cozy cabin with a queen bed, toilet, shower and kitchenette. Included is free WiFi, access to gas BBQ and laundry facilities. It gives you an Alaskan "trapper" cabin feel that even includes a slightly slanted floor after weathering its share of earthquakes over the years. The toilet and shower are behind a curtain, so we recommend this cabin for 1 person or a couple who like each other very well. It works best for 1 to 2 night stays for a couple.

The Cowboy Cabin

This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! It includes one comfy queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and a small but capable kitchen. Longer stays here are economical and comftorable.
