Welcome to our Papamoa beach home! We recently moved to our new home and we are very excited to share a part of it with our guests from all over the world. This fully self-contained guests area is separate from the main house (however we share some walls), offering you full privacy and independence during your stay, and only 1km away from the beach access. Please feel free to tell us if you have any specific requests, we will do the best we can to make you feel comfortable and feel like home☺️

You'll be greeted with stocked Tea, coffee & milo to make you feel at home. Self check- in. Host will provide front door code. Strong wifi.

Come and relax in our peaceful, suburban converted double garage, ideally located to the local beach, Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave swimming pool & popular Mount Maunganui Beach & Mercury Baypark. Friendly hosts are on site and available to recommend cafes & restaurants. Our beautiful dogs Olly & Stella enjoy a pat. Additional container room available for bookings of 3 guests or more only. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary drink. You have your own entry, sunny bedroom (bed has a near new mattress), bathroom (incl bath, candle & bath oils) & dining room with a continental breakfast provided & coffee from a pod machine. A microwave & toaster are available. Checking in outside of 3-5pm is only by prior approval.

Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair.
