The appartment was renovated in 2018.Outdoors you will find a patio with a exclusive jacuzzi and fireplace also sunbeds and a playground. Inside are 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen which is combined with the living area. it has a sectional couch that also converts to a double bed. Other amenities include 3 TV's, washer, dryer, A/C in every room, espresso maker, dishwasher, stove top, conventional oven, microwave oven,fridge freezer but also an electric fireplace, safe and iron,ironboard

We will be very happy to be to host you in a studio with a warm atmosphere in the historic center of Preveza, ideal location for wandering around on foot at any time! An actual 3-minute walk from the market, Androutsos square, the port and all the cafes, bars and taverns! You can go everywhere on foot without worrying about noise during the night hours. Free public parking is in within 30 meters from the studio. Also the bus stop to the ionian beached "Palio Ktel" is in 150 meters distance.

It is located between Lygia and Katouna village in a beautiful and peaceful place that offers a great view of the sea. A stylish and cosy stone studio for two, in the middle of the picturesque Spartochori village, Meganisi. Located at the ground floor, featuring two single beds which connect to form a king size bed, an ensuite shower room, small kitchenette with two electric hobs and fridge, a desk. A dining table is for your use just outside the premises. At the side of the courtyard there is a small pool, shared with the two suites of Teacher’s House. A parking space 200m away is offered for free.
