Angie’s Place is a bright basement apartment in a single-family home with a private exterior entrance from your own patio. Located in West Ottawa just steps away from the Kanata Centrum. A 10-minute walk gives you access to many restaurants, grocery stores, LCBO, Chapters and more! Only a 5 minute drive to the Canadian Tire Centre and Tanger Outlets. The property includes a parking spot but is also located on an OC Transport Bus Route. There is a friendly dog that lives on the premises.

Private Studio, with no direct interaction with the hosts. About 15 minutes from Gatineau and 20 minutes from Ottawa by car. For an additional fee (and subject to availability), you can access the spa, sauna, and cold plunge pool. A lunchbox breakfast is included. Perfect for workers or tourists. We have 2 dogs and a cat (they do not have access to the studio). The studio is independent, yet attached to the house, and we ask visitors to maintain an appropriate noise level during their stay.

You will have the use of your own private entrance leading to a full suite, including a fully-stocked, eat-in kitchen; 4-piece bath, queen bedroom with closet space, and a bright and cozy living room with smart TV. On-site parking is included.

Spacious Fully Equipped Studio in Trendy Westboro

In a separate building from the main house, the studio is private, fully equipped and super clean. There is great coffee, teas, homemade granola, reliable wifi, and internet TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, 2-burner stove and everything you need to make a light meal. The double bed with a pillow-top is quite comfortable. Centrally located, Westboro has great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Public transport is a five minute walk away. Everyone is welcome here.

It's in a lower level of a single family house with walkout access and backyard with no rear neighbors, the rear access is facing the forest. it's a great location for business or adventure that can accommodate up to 4 people with too queen size beds. I’m proud of my house and thrilled to present you a part of it as your temporary home. This is a guest suite attached to the house in peaceful nature with wildlife, less than 30 minutes drive from Ottawa downtown. It has its own separate entrance to give guests full privacy. The living room has a mini kitchenette for light use. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The unit is only rented to one guest at a time; you will have the entire unit during your stay. Starlink was newly installed, and the internet is fast for remote telework!
