La Mer is a quaint hillside bungalow, located between the Arabian Sea and the Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, in Kashid. The open garden and natural surroundings make it a great place for bird watching (hornbills, paradise fly catchers...). The property is also occasionally visited by wild animals such as Malabar flying squirrels, monkeys and peacocks. Kashid beach is a short 10 minute walk away, making La Mer a unique villa, offering the joys of a beach holiday and a homestay in the lap of nature.

The Bungalow is a single storied structure with a Mangalore tile roof. It is situated away from the road in a green compound and is spacious and well ventilated. It has three bedrooms with AC and attached baths, a living room and a kitchen. The backyard has an outdoor badminton court. We strive to provide a relaxed and peaceful stay to our guests.

Our lovely little cottage is the perfect, relaxed, holiday getaway... With 2 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms, with attached bathrooms, and a divan bed in the living room, it is wonderful for a family with kids. It is only a 10 min. walk from the stunning Kashid beach, but you may find that you will actually spend more time just relaxing in the back garden or enjoying a good game of badminton :-). The wifi is around 50 mbps it works most of the time but we cannot guarantee it

Set in a rustic 5 acre farm with a rivulet that runs by the property (unfortunately only in the monsoon), Rashmi Farms is a great place to disconnect from the city (though we have wifi if you must work). You can enjoy walks around the farm and nearby villages, a dip in the pool, or just put up your feet with a book. All this just 2.5 hours drive from Mumbai.
