Bussipysäkki sijaitsee n. 300 metrin päässä, joten et välttämättä tarvitse autoa saapuaksesi. Taloyhtiöllä on 4 ilmaista parkkipaikkaa, ja lisää ilmaista parkkitilaa löytyy lähistöltä runsaasti.

Kyseinen tila on ennen toiminut mankelihuoneena, josta kohde on saanut nimensä. Asunnossa on tunnelmaa luomassa viistot katot ja alkuperäistä tiiliseinää. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta ja iso oleskelutila keittiöineen tekee tästä sopivan myös isommallekin seurueelle.
