The apartment has a great location, just a few minute walk from Old Town of Kotor, access to the famous Fort of St. Ivan, bus station, farmers market, grocery store, post office, police station. Its unique position allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds: the much needed peace and privacy on the one hand, on the other, being close to the hustle and bustle of the picturesque streets of Kotor. It is furnished with two terraces overlooking the Bay of Boka Kotorska, the marina and the old town.

Free parking is always available in front of the house. It is situated in a quiet residential area, just 400 meters from the sea and a 10 to 15-minute walk from the old town of Kotor. If you arrive by bus, it's a 15-minute walk to our place. There is also a local bus nearby, which offers transport to Perast and Risan for €2.
