The most unique feature is the 70sqm terrace with an incredible Mountain View. Ski right up to my home and unwind from a full day on the slopes. Includes a ski depot fitting 4 skis and 4 boots

Boasting a restaurant, a bar, and ski-to-door access, New Gudauri Apartment 403 offers accommodation in Gudauri with free WiFi and mountain views. Speaking English and Russian, staff are willing to help at any time of the day at the reception. A ski equipment rental service, a ski pass sales point and ski storage space are all offered at the apartment, and guests can go skiing in the surroundings. Multi-level flat with a smashing view

This is a large flat spread over 3 floors (120 sq. m) with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The apartment benefits from being located right beside CLUB-2100 hotel, which has excellent facilities, including café/bar and restaurant. The building is perfectly positioned between 1-st and 2-nd lifts offering convenient ski-in and ski-out comfort. There is a well stocked SMART supermarket (24/7) which is a 15-minute walk downhill from the building.

Transfer, ski pass and room service can be available as well upon request.
