Villassa on 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa on parisänky sekä 2 makuualkovia (120 cm sängyt+yläsänky 80cm), parvella myös sängyt kahdelle hengelle. Keittiö ja tilava ruokailuhuone mökin toisessa päädyssä omassa rauhassa, josta pääsee myös suoraan toiselle terassille. Ruokailupöytään mahtuu 10 henkilöä yhtäaikaa nauttimaan ruoasta. Sauna ja pesuhuone ovat tilavat.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.
