Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Comfortably furnished, conveniently located between Midtown and Downtown Anchorage. This charming home base is perfect for embarking on your Alaskan getaway. The unit is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, 43” Smart TV, stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi for your convenience. However, due to the spiral staircase, we do not recommend this unit for children.

Welcome to beautiful Homer! We have our "Eagle's Nest" 3 bedroom apartment with dramatic views of Kachemak Bay, glaciers & snow capped mountains year round. The entry level has a fully furnished kitchen-dining-living area & full bath. The dining table seats up to 8 people, and TV and DVD player. Two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, closets and dressers. Upstairs is a large loft with additional sleeping, two full size beds and TV and DVD player. Located 5.2 miles east of Homer.

Top of Our House

This is an apartment on the top floor of our home in Girdwood with views of Alyeska, Fishes Breath, and Maxes Mountains. It is one mile from Alyeska ski resort, and near Virgin Creek Falls. It's a one bedroom with a king bed, full bath, kitchen, TV in the bedroom, and a kitchen table and couch. It is accessible by walking up two flights of stairs on the outside of the house. We live downstairs with a toddler who you will likely hear. Sometimes four wheel drive is needed in heavy snow.

Cupples Cottage #4: Downtown!

Welcome to the award winning Cupples Cottages! This 600sf flat was recently renovated and is beautifully furnished. When built in 1952 by my late grandfather these units were offered fully furnished providing temporary housing primarily to the construction workers living away from their families working on my grandfather's construction crew. Fast forward over 70 years and 3 generations and the property has been reimagined as Cupples Cottages Vacation Rentals, operating since 2017.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
