Cozy 3 bed 2 bath home nestled right along the banks of Rough River with little boat traffic. A community boat ramp is conveniently located behind house and the main lake is only a 15 min boat ride away. Only a short drive to the beaches of Rough River State Park. Plenty of sleeping area with King and Queen bedrooms and a Bunk room with 5 twin beds. The oversized garage will store a boat or kayaks while you visit. Enjoy a game of ping pong, pool or cozy up by the firepit!! Perfect for fishing!!

Make lasting memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage on the Kentucky River. Enjoy nature at its best, along with all the comforts of home. With a pool, hot tub, and putting green there is plenty to do to unwind. Guests return year after year. This property is located on the riverbank. You may encounter bugs while enjoying the outdoors. We conduct regular exterminations to reduce encounters. You will also enjoy the songs of many birds, glow of lightening bugs, and seeing the stars.

Cottage located in the country. Enjoy amazing views from a covered front porch as you rock in comfortable rocking chairs. Fully furnished and beautifully decorated to make your stay comfortable and delightful. Memory foam mattresses for wonderful sleep and a kitchen for cooking if desired. Pool is behind owners residence and is shared with owners family and possibly 2 additional people June-Sept. We have recently also installed a Tesla High Powered Wall Charger w/60amps. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made!
