Welcome to the Day's Away River Hs, located on the beautiful Guadalupe River in Center Point, TX. Located halfway between Comfort & Kerrville & halfway between Bandera & Fredericksburg. 50 minutes from San Antonio & 30 minutes from Hunt. The water is deep & the river is wide at our retreat. You can barbecue, swim, tube, canoe, fish or just relax. There are 2 wonderful covered decks that run across the entire back of the house. Our precious house is fully equipped to provide a marvelous vacation.

Riverfront property on approximately two acres of land with a private patio on the beautiful Guadalupe River, and a charming rustic country cabin up the hill a bit (one minute by car, five minutes walking). Two private bedrooms, plus two sets of bunk beds in open living room area (total four twin beds), plus brand-new queen sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms - can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably with total of 8 beds. Pet friendly - we love dogs (and all animals) and welcome your fur babies!

See glorious sunrises & sets on Hawk Nest Tower or sway to a shady breeze & a sweet wind chime in our Hammock Haven. Hike, enjoy a cup of coffee on our deck, or sit by the fire pit…. The 1851 Cabin at Wolf Creek Guest Ranch

The Wolf Creek Guest Ranch is the perfect place to experience an original log cabin on a private working horse ranch. The cabin was originally built in Arkansas in 1851, carefully taken down and rebuilt into a very comfortable rental. Guests will find this beautiful cabin equipped with air conditioning, heat, a soaking tub, and a huge stone fireplace to enjoy on those winter nights after a day of wine tours, shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities that Fredericksburg has to offer.

The property is comprised of 257 acres and features two lakes. The lakes are both stocked with bass for catch and release fishing. If you like to hike, you will find plenty of space for exploring. There is abundant wildlife to enjoy, including: Whitetail, Fallow and Axis deer, Zebra, Gemsbok, Kudu, Eland, Sable, Oryx and Black Buck.
