You’ll love my place because of the location. The river is in the backyard. You can launch your personal canoe or kayak. Sit by the fire pit or enjoy the deck and cook out with friends and family. Bring your fishing poles and mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.
