The Muddy (as it is affectionately known) is a lovely place to stop for a weekend , week or even longer. This converted mud brick farm shed offers complete tranquility with high-end design and furnishing. The Muddy offers a lovely one bedroom sanctuary with ensuite bathroom (with indoor shower) full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a large lounge with leather couches, TV and relaxing ambiance. Outside you'll find a BBQ, a dining table and amazing outdoor shower. All overlooking a dam.

Blackwood is a luxurious and spacious two-bedroom black charred timber tiny home situated on over 50acres of farmland with horses and grazing cattle, nestled in the hinterland of Byron Bay. Set in an idyllic location with Bangalow only a five minute drive and the picturesque beaches of Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina only ten minutes away. A short stroll will take you to the historic Newrybar village with shops to browse, enjoy a coffee or dine at the renowned Harvest Restaurant and Deli.

From the moment you step through the gate, you feel the relaxed Byron vibe! It's a 2 min walk to Baz & Shaz's 'pantry', 7 mins to Suffolk village, and 15 mins to Tallow Beach. The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.
