Beautifully situated log cabin 10-min drive from the center of Lillehammer. Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

Steinhyttene på Kastad gård ligger usjenert til i fantastiske naturomgivelser. Hytta i skogen har som de andre hyttene fantastisk utsikt over Mjøsa og Kastadtjernet. Her kan du koble av og våkne til en deilig frokostkurv med nystekte croissanter. Passer for 2 personer. Skogen er en av 3 steinhytter på gården. De andre to er Røysa og Åkeren. Quiet place by quiet river. Boat, WiFi

Nice, private and quiet. Sunny. Sandy beach a few meters from the hut. The beach is not private, but very few people use it, normally you are alone. The place and the surroundings are good for bathing, fishing, boat trips, walking and bicycling. Nice for children. Big trampoline and lots of toys. The hut is good equipped. There are no running water, and a out-house. Fireplace in- and outside. Boat with small motor and kayak. . Free wifi. Cats and dogs are welcome.
