Hosted by brothers Andrew and Charles, this 3 storey modern town house is set in the idyllic County Down coastal village of Killyleagh. 1 minute walk from the seafront, castle, famous pubs and shops, this property is perfect for a holiday get away. Spacious utility and laundry facilities inc covered outdoor equipment drying area. 5 mins drive from Delamont County Park and Tullyveery House wedding venue. It has 1 single, 2 double rooms plus 3 bathrooms, suitable for larger parties. Parking space.

No 27 is one of a group of terraced houses. Light ,airy and comfortable with lovely views . Downstairs there is a spacious open plan kitchen, sitting and dining space. To the rear a south facing patio and garden area with raised decking which affords uninterrupted views of the Harbour Bay. Upstairs there are three bedrooms;1 kingsize with ensuite shower and toilet, 1 double, 1 with bunk beds, as well as a bathroom. Good pub, cafes, deli, castle ! and household shopping in Killyleagh .

2C Luxury apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, one child's bedroom with a small single (for a child no taller than 60"), and a double sofa bed in the living room, sleeping up to four adults and one child, or one adult and 4 children. A 50" smart TV with wi- fi, unlimited broadband and USB charging sockets. Electric oven and hob, washing machine/ tumble dryer and fridge. Free on street parking. The Heights & Hollows Farmhouse is a 5 Bedroom property (sleeps 15 guests). An elegantly presented large house in the countryside which boasts a stylish interior and modern facilities. Amenities include: 5 Person outdoor Hot Tub, Gazebo area, garden room, football net for guests to enjoy. Please note: The HOT TUB is an add-on and will incur an extra charge if required: (100 GBP per stay payable upon arrival). Only available upon request and a minimum of 1 days notice required.

One bedroom apartment, (1xdouble, 2xsingle) perfect for a family of 4 (max 2 adults). Situated in the centre of picturesque Killyleagh, this dog-friendly apartment was fully refurbished in 2022/23, with a well-equipped kitchen and new shower room. Shops, takeaways, restaurants, pubs, etc. are just a short walk, as are the shores of Strangford Lough. The apartment has a secure rear outside space, with a large table, barbecue, storage for bikes, etc. and is child and pet friendly.

The well equipped comfortable cottage sleeps five and has direct access to Strangford Lough, a secret bird hide situated on the shore line with a secluded wooded BBQ, fire pit and picnic area for guest to enjoy.

The cosy cottage provides perfect accommodation for up to 4 people. You can enjoy the spa pool, sauna, and paddle boards whilst experiencing breath-taking views. The cottage is located a stones throw from the beach, with stunning views looking over Strangford Lough and the Mourne Mountains. Only 5 minutes walk is the village of Kircubbin, where there are pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. With the water so close, wake up to the sounds, views & smell of the sea.

The Paddock is located just 10 minutes walking distance from Killyleagh. We offer pet-friendly accommodation, ideally located beside Delamont Country Park. Wake up each morning to views of the rolling countryside in complete tranquillity. Every guest will be welcomed with their own picnic basket full of local foods and treats to start you off for your stay!
