The first bedroom is the perfect place for kids with twin bunk beds. The master bedroom is spacious and has a queen bed and attached bathroom. This home is newly renovated and charming. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day at the lake or on the slopes. Minutes away from local ski resorts.

Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs.

It’s 100ft from the local brewery, and if beer is not your jam-you can head over to Las Panchitas to have a margarita on the patio (just a stones throw away). Experience all that Kings Beach has to offer right out the front door, it’s truly that close to everything. Love winter sports? The TART but stop is across the street. From here you can (for FREE!) jump on the bus for a quick ride to Northstar. No costs or parking hassle required!

Guests love this North Lake Tahoe home located 2 blocks from the lake and a favorite for those who love Lake Tahoe, Kings Beach (an eclectic, charming & historic neighborhood) and all the area has to offer. Guests rave that you can park at the house and not drive at all and easily walk to the lake, restaurants, cafes and shops … amazing in the winter for snow or the summer for the fun lake activities. Guests often book this home for 2 families, or a group of friends (parties not allowed).

Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

Mt Rose -- 20 min drive, and so much more within a close distance.
