Our old fisherman's cottage has been in the family for over 400 years. It backs onto the beach, has uninterrupted views out to sea and the waves lapping against the back of the house at high tide. It's an old cottage and therefore has some quirks such as every floor being on a different level! As such, it's not suitable for children or those with mobility issues. We keep rooms in the lower basement area but a separate entrance ensures no disturbance. Guests cannot use the Rayburn or wood fire.

Beach House

Beach house is a Georgian family house dating back to 1784. Situated in the historic fishing village of Kingsand, this is a truly unique Cornish experience. It has recently been fully renovated to include 4 new bathrooms, a kitchen and utility room. The house sleeps 8 people in 4 double bedrooms with flexibility for a twin room on the top floor. Dips in the sea are just moments away and the utility room is the perfect place to wash and store wetsuits and costumes. The views can be enjoyed through out the property, inc the master bedroom.

Valletort House

Romantic getaway! Stunning balconies overlooking the sea. Perfect for paddleboarding and swimming. A two-bedroom maisonette/duplex, located right next to a beach and in the village centre. It's comprised of the top two floors however the self contained apartment below 'Little Valletort' (4 person) can also be booked (lockable connecting door) perfect for inter-generational family stays. 5x pubs, a bakery and Spar all close by with a deli/coffee shop and ice-cream shop nearly next door!

Howton Cottage

Traditional, terraced cottage in the centre of Cawsand, three child-friendly beaches and several traditional pub/restaurants, shops and post office. White-washed walls, characterful beams, newly renovated and well modernised with everything you might need for a self-catering holiday. We welcome dogs to the cottage. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.

Trebyan is a beautiful cottage built around 1750. It sits in the centre of Kingsand, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with beaches, coastal paths and pubs all right on its doorstep. The outside space, at the front of the property, is south facing, so enjoys the sun all day long. The house undertook a full renovation, which finished in the spring of 2025, offering many mod cons whilst keeping its original traditional charm.

Dog friendly studio in beautiful Cawsand.

The studio apartment is a 1 room space with private access and its own bathroom. A small outside area is also provided. It is just 200 meters walk to the beach. This space is ideal for couples looking for a quite getaway. Cawsand and the local area has lots to explore. Dogs are welcome too. Please note- There is a slope and 9 steps up to the studio from the road.
