A Ski-in&out apartment completed in 2023 with two bedrooms and easy access to the ski tracks and slopes, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment has modern amenities and bed linen and towels are included. Both bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of closet space, a private sauna that heats up quickly, a private ski storage room, and a bike storage and ski maintenance room in the building. Kolari railway station and Kittilä airport approx. 40 km away, with bus/taxi connections. Welcome❄️✨

Vuokrahintaan sisältyy liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. An atmospheric and cozy semi-detached log house in an excellent location in Levi's Kelorakka, just one kilometer from the center of Levi and the front slopes, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Bedlinen and towels are included in rental price.

Rafi - Aurora Cabin 4

Hiljaisuuden kylän mökit ovat käsin veistetty 30 vuotta sitten. Vuonna 2023 mökit ovat täysin uudistettu. Mökistä löytyy oma wc, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro ja jääkaappi. Mökin terassilta löytyy puulla lämmitettävä kylpytynnyri, joka on erikseen tilattavissa. Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.

Mökissä nautit saunan lämmöstä ja takkatulen tunnelmasta aktiivisen päivän jälkeen – täydellinen valinta niin rauhaa kuin tekemistä kaipaaville. Ylläksen ainutlaatuinen luonto ja sen tarjoamat aktiviteetit avautuvat heti ulko-ovelta: Valaistu hiihtolatu kulkee huoneiston läheltä. Lumettomalla ajalla retkeily- ja maastopyöräilyreitit kulkevat mökin vierestä.

You don't necessarily even need a car, as the versatile grocery store and the services of the Levi Centre are within walking distance. Most suitable for two, but possible to accommodate up to 4 people. Book according to the number of people. You are warmly welcome to my apartment! ✨ As a host, I try to be there for you as much as you need advice!

Kärpänkätkye

The apartment is compact 40 square meter + a loft with beds for 4 persons. The living room has a sofa for 2 persons (120cm). Almost all the basic comforts of the home can be found in the apartment with washing machines, drying cabinets and sauna. Kärpänkätkye is next to the magnificent SnowVillage snow park, where also restaurant services are available. There you can explore the snow chapel and admire the art of snow and ice in the winter time.

Ylimmän kerroksen studio Levin keskustassa

Aivan Levin keskustassa sijaitsevasta huoneistosta kävelet rinteeseen, kauppaan ja alueen ravintoloihin. Nauti löylyistä omassa saunassa ja käy vilvottelemassa parvekkeella josta on upeat näkymät Kätkätunturille. Lähtiessä huoneiston voi siivota itse tai tilata meidän kautta loppusiivoksen (60€ lisähinta). Lakanat ja pyyhkeet eivät kuulu hintaan. Ne voi vuokrata kauttamme 25€/hlö lisähintaan. Huoneiston keittiö ja lattia uusittu 6/2024.

Lähistöllä on 4 eri laskettelu kohdetta: Ylläs, Pallas, Levi ja Olos. Kohde sijaitsee myös aivan Pallas-Yllästunturin kansallispuiston liepeillä. Lähimmät palvelukeskukset ovat Muonio (25km) ja Levi (35km)

Apartment are self-catering apartment 49m2 with fully equipped kitchen and private sauna. Warm up sauna whenever you want. Two bedrooms for four and living room. Drying cupboard for clothes. Equipped balcony to south and northwest view to Pallas and Olos fells. Common ski maintenance room and private ski locker. Possibility also to wash clothes. Perfect choice also at summer time.

The apartment is located within walking distance of Levi's services, shops and restaurants, but in a very quiet location without any noise. From your own terrace, you are able to look at nature and at Levitunturi, which can be seen between the trees from the windows and from the terrace.
