Changes in Natitude is a spacious ocean-side townhouse just steps from the beach. Enjoy two large decks with sea breezes and ocean views, a stocked kitchen, two bedrooms with en suite baths, a half bath off the great room, Queen sleeper sofa, smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. The garage doubles as a hangout space with a kitchenette, outdoor shower, TV, table, and beach gear. Private community amenities include; pool, hot tub, private beach access, pickleball, tennis, basketball, clubhouse, and game room.

The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
