An Architects Studio- In a Secluded Forest

This incredible space has been the inspirational hub for designing the most creative projects in Humboldt during the past 18 years. Now it has been reborn as an immersive space to enjoy the redwoods. Every inch has been thoughtfully designed to allow our guests to feel the enveloping majestic nature of the surrounding forest. Upon arrival, a golf cart awaits for your journey through the woods, to the upper landing of the raised boardwalk crossing over a seasonal creek bringing you to The Studio.

Just a 3 mile drive to the beautiful Pacific ocean, walking distance to the serene Smith River, and <1 mile drive to beautiful swimming holes.Have fun with the whole family with hikes to the Redwood National Forest and come home to relax in our beautifully renovated log cabin/ home. Enjoy our deluxe linens , fully stocked kitchen, stocked fridge of our Alexandre Family Farm milk and eggs, hot tub, and quaint country views.

Come and relax by the fire on the edge of the Redwood National Forest just minutes from the beach! You'll fall in love with our luxuriously appointed contemporary retreat. This not-so-tiny custom prefab is surrounded by giant Redwoods, ivy and ferns in a historic scenic location. Loaded with natural light, leather, hardwoods, granite and art, this coastal home tucked into the forest boasts two bedrooms and a sleeping loft as well as a hot tub and fireplace for those cooler romantic nights.

Smith River - Riverfront Retreat

Located on the beautiful Smith River*. Fully furnished. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Spacious living room with large windows providing beautiful views of the the river. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, ironing board/iron, washer and dryer. Wifi, Roku with streaming channels (bring your login info for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc). * river is not accessible from the home however there is access about 1 mile down the road. Please do not try to access river from our property.

Wonderful for couples, families and groups, you won't find a better location on the river to relax and enjoy nature.

If you love the idea of unplugging to enjoy the wilderness in all its natural glory, consider this unique getaway!

Popeye's Cottage in the Redwoods

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This cozy cottage is nestled on four and a half acres of beautiful second growth redwoods just outside the town of Trinidad. It is a small and simple cottage with three beds and all the necessities needed to cook. The cottage's main heat source is a gas fireplace. WIFI service is available, there is no tv/entertainment center, so bring your laptop if you want to.

Adjacent to Redwood National Park

Comfortable and cozy Farmhouse surrounded by nature and adjacent to the trails of Redwood National Park. Perfect location for exploring the Redwood Coast. Rental has a great room, full kitchen, Queen bedroom, bath, balcony and two sleeping lofts, which are accessed by ships ladders. Lofts recommended for children age 6 and older. There is a second vacation rental on the first floor reserved by one or two persons.
