Ap. consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and is suitable for families. Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (acces. by stairs). A shop is located next door. Bars and restaurants are situated on the coast line. Bakar is only a short drive away from lovely beaches on the south side, and Kostrena, Rijeka, Opatija and Istria on the west side. A two hours drive will also take you to beautiful National park of Plitvička jezera( lakes) and Venice, Italy.

We are situated in the very center of city of Rijeka, on the seafront only a minute walk to the main city promenade Corso. Bus and railway stations are just nearby. Quick and easy access to all kinds of cultural, tourist and all other town facilities; restaurants, shops, banks, post offices, museums, pharmacies... In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

The house is close to the town centre but far enough for a good night's sleep. We are not on the hill, so you can enjoy walking to the river or the centre. On the ground floor are the offices of an insurance company. We live in the house, and the apartments are on the first and second floors. We have 6 parking spaces in front of the house and entrance, one for each apartment. If you are arriving with two cars, please let us know when booking, and we will try to find space for the extra car.

Pušenje je dozvoljeno. Stan se nalazi 1 minutu od samog centra grada gdje možete pronaći razne restorane, trgovine i sve što vam treba.
