We offer daily cleaning and electricity is included. There are no additional fees! The villa has a huge balcony/patio facing the lagoon, the islands of the Koh Samui and Ang Tong national park. The house is right on the water so you can hear the sound of the waves under the house. Its right on the beach and this beach is fun to be connected to the locals around, specially for kids. It is not a swimming beach. Beautiful swimming beaches are to reach in only 10 min. walking distance or 5 min. by scooter.

Dear guests, We are open again to welcome you. Of course we take extra measures in connection with the covid 19 virus. There are 2 nights between bookings, cleaning is already done regularly, but now we will be extra vigilant about this. If you want us to prepare food for you, this is still possible and we will also take the necessary precautions here. If we all keep the rules regarding distance and hygiene, you can enjoy a wonderful stay in this beautiful area.
