Vacation home "Jerula" is located on south side of island Vis. It has awesome panoramic view on most beautiful archipelago of island Vis and big terrace which is equipped with swimming pool, lounge, sundeck area and outdoor dining table with a grill. The house is newly built on cascade terrain and combined with garden allows You intimacy, privacy and comfort during Your vacation. The house consists of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet and open space with living room, dining area and kitchen.

Pool Villa Rogac, Vis

On the ground floor the outdoor area with a swimming pool leads to the separate one bedroom apartment connected via outside staircase to the main house. The main fully equipped kitchen and dining/living area are located on the first floor with floor to ceiling glass door leading to the terrace. The staircase leads up to the second floor with two double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. Master bedroom with terrace offering amazing sea views is located on the top floor.

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated old Dalmatian stone house, steps from the waterfront but hidden in a quiet courtyard. Few minutes walking distance from the ferry, just meters from the sea, our house offers the high quality and well organized space for up to 4 persons. Centrally located in the center of Vis, it is very close to great amenities like restaurants, waterfront, beach, bars and even the world's unique "Mvsevm" place. House is not suitable for kids and toddlers.

Dok se odmarate na terasi u pozadini se čuju cvrčci, pijetao, ptičice...Prekrasne plaže sa kristalno čistim morem se nalaze na samo 15 minuta vožnje automobilom. Najbliži restoran je 3 minute hodanja..

Our cottage is in the Fields of Grace Vineyards in a peaceful valley with small vineyards, where you will enjoy peace and nature. It is a fully-equipped and stylish home, and only 5-min's drive to the town center. You will have a large terrace, and a private sit-in pool overlooking the vine valley. You will be surrounded by vines, roses, rosemary, herbs, trees, butterflies and birds. You will share the nature with lovely birds, hedgehogs, rabbits and our 4 cats.

Apartman se nalazi tik uz more u prekrasnoj pješčanoj uvali Stončica, 7 km od grada Visa. Nalazi se u hladovini borove šume na vrlo mirnom i opuštajućem mjestu, okružen prirodom. Ima svoj mostić s kojeg možete skočiti i osvježiti se u kristalno plavom moru. Do kuće se može doći pješice kamenim putem, a udaljenost od parkinga je cca 500m. Prije rezervacije molimo provjerite odgovara li mjesto vašim očekivanjima.

Auch Fähre, Restaurant, Promenade, Geschäfte, der Stadt-Strand sowie verträumte Buchten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus gehört zum Apartment.

Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju. Stan se nalazi na 1. katu nove moderno uređene kuće sa zajedničkim vanjskim bazenom, prekrasnim pogledom na more i grad Komižu, udaljenoj 300 metara od plaže Gusarica. Stan posjeduje vanjsku terasu neposredno uz bazen. U blizini objekta su i plaže Žanićovo i Lučica.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. Apartman ROMA je novouređeni apartman (srpanj 2023) koji se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe, dnevni boravak, kuhinja, kupaonica, balkon, privatni parking. Udaljenost od centra grada, trgovina, restorana je oko 5 minuta pješice, a do gradske plaže oko 10 minuta.
