We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

After arriving on popular Bruny island it is a joy to leave the crowd behind as you wind down the private road through towering trees to the shores of sheepwash bay. Designed with couples in mind the shack is the perfect place for relaxation and romance. Set on the waterfront, in a national park like setting it offers an intimate retreat to call home during your exploration of Bruny Island. Prospect@Premaydena is situated on a quiet rural road, surrounded by farmland and bush. It is 5 minutes drive from the nearest little township, Nubeena, and provides a perfect base for exploring all that the Tasman Peninsula has to offer. The house yard is well-fenced and secure and well-behaved dogs are welcome, but not any other pets. (Note: there is further information below regarding bringing your dog(s).
