Pieteetillä remontoitu kaksio (45m2), jossa makuuhuone, olohuone, keittokomero, kylpyhuone ja parveke. Sunila on Alvar ja Aino Aallon suunnittelema ainutlaatuinen metsälähiö. Asunto on hissittömässä terassitalo Päivölässä, joka on valmistunut 1939. Kotkan keskustaan on noin 13km ja Karhulaan noin 3km. Asunto on remontoitu mahdollisimman alkuperäiseen asuun, ja se on kalustettu kiertotalousperiaatteella pääosin Aaltojen suunnittelemilla kalusteilla. Tekstiilit pesemme hajuttomilla pesuaineilla.

The nearest shops are about 12 km away. The yard of the cottage can be reached by car all year round. No smoking and no pets indoors.
