Welcome to Quercus Residence, a spacious 58-square-meter one-bedroom apartment in the serene village of Tudorovići, offering stunning views of Sveti Stefan and the Budva Riviera. Enjoy the panoramic Adriatic Sea views from your private terrace, making this apartment an ideal escape for couples or small families. We have 4 apartments of the same kind in our villa. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for extra guests. The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.
